I started my SL life at Bad Girls as a dancer. I was quickly brought into the title of host and manager. Was a very high traffic dance club, so we had events going 24/7. My job was to make sure my events were posted ahead of time. Normally I posted 2 or 3 weeks worth of events at once. Group invites, teleports and spamming were very quickly learned. I've posted events, can do that in my sleep now..lol. Bad Girls doesnt have contest boards, so I've had to host, and take votes for 50+ people by notecarding everything IM'd to me, then of course determining who my winners were.
It was a great place to work. Paid by the hour plus 100% of tips. I was there about one year before taking a break so enjoy some free time here in SL. I have yet to go back. The whole feel of the place has changed, as owners split and went seperate ways.

I made an alt to be able to enjoy SL with out the hassles of being known.
Before I knew it, she was trained and dancing at Club XTC. It became my home, working whenever I could. I was a dancer, but performing manager duties for some time before formally being named manager. Again, I've hosted/posted events and helped others do the same. I soon learned that I liked the aspects of managing more than dancing. Thats when I started to interview and hire new girls for the club. I was also the one to do the training, introduce them to our rules and help them feel comfy, whether old avi or just starting out. I started having training classes, one for rules and tips to help dancers/escorts, another one for emoting and one that went over posting/hosting events, with a lot of ideas given. I have also helped escorts set thier boards up, do bios with them, and have generally been the one to go to when ya needed anything.
I was there also about one year, working on 80% of tips. and left due to the owner. She didnt know how to treat people and it showed. It became more of a chore for me then work, so I felt it was time to move on.

On this same alt (which i havent been using recently) I was the general manager Bogarts Jazz Club. I was involved with all aspects of club work there. I've interviewd, hired, posted, hosted, trained, and took care of all the day to day of running a club. I've learned to deal with shops here, as the sim has quite a few. I started incorperating them into my events, have several repeat events each week, with sponsors donating gift cards or merchandise.
I was hired to bring traffic up, and I did. Again, if anyone needed anything, it was me who was contacted.
I was here about 2 1/2 months, on salary. I left due to lack of interest on the owners part. Also due to the traffic going up daily..I didnt like how they wanted teh traffic but no lag. I heard about that every minute of the day. I had enough, we all know...Cant have the traffic without lag!

General Manager of The Bowery, opened in late Spetember. In charge of pretty much all the above explained. We also had ad boards and some shops for rent. I've leanred a little bit to deal and hire DJ's and/or live performers. I've managed a team of managers, dancers, escorts, and hosts. Short description I know....but all of the jobs listed explain what I do :) I put up my own event money for the events I do, I offered and dont mind that. I am working for tips only in hopes as the club grows, a salary will be coming. Work very closely with the owner, have contact on and offline with her.
Looking elsewhere....due to the fact that I cant seem to do the job I was hired for without others trying to take over behind my back.
Of course, my solution would be to open my own club...which I've toyed with for a while now, but I'm just ot ready to take that risk :)

GENERAL INFO
I feel I am a very loyal hard working person. I can be very caring and friendly, but also firm when needed. I am looking for my home, therefore I have the right to be picky. Longevity in a SL club is hard to find, and I've found it in 2 of the 3 clubs above. lol. A place where I can feel wanted and appreciated. I am a fast learner and also willing to learn anything new. I love a challenge. I love to work on my own and can, yet I am a team player, involving anyone I feel the need to.
I keep my RL out of SL, yet I can give attention to those who need it, and they will still feel as tho they know me.

***** 8/18/2011 I left resume as is. Only adding here. No longer partnered, and will emote/strip for tips if need be. I am my own person who likes to type out her emotes. I have seen since coming back, how lazy people have gotten with items that automatically answer for them. Mine can be long at times, depending on mood.
I am just getting back into SL after a long break. I spend what ever time I can here. I am a single mother with a job in RL, yet I am still drawn to SL. However my RL is first in everything, as Im sure with everyone else, hehe.
